Notes

The prices are stated in US Dollars per person per trip and are valid until September 30, 2021, excluding Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to your final payment. The full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the tour. The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the payment is not received within this timeframe.

Tour prices and dates are accurate at the time of website publication but are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Misr Travel accepts credit and debit cards (Visa and Master Card) as well as wire transfers. There are no credit card fees or hidden charges. Cancellation refunds will be calculated on a per-person basis from the date we receive the cancellation request and must include the passenger’s name and passport number in the email.

Cancellation Fees:

If you cancel 45 days prior to your arrival, 6% of the total tour price will be charged as a bank transaction fee. If you cancel 40 to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. If you cancel 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. If you cancel 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged. If you cancel 7 to 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Children Policy:

The children’s policy varies from one tour to another. Children aged 0-1.99 are free, children aged 2-4.99 pay 25% of the tour price, children aged 5-11.99 pay 50% of the tour price, and children aged 12 or above pay the full tour price as adults. The policy is applicable to children sharing their parents’ rooms. If the package includes air flights or sleeping trains, additional charges apply as per the flight or train policy.

Single Supplement:

This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but require single accommodation. This guarantees you a private room for the duration of the tour. The number of single rooms is limited, so early booking is recommended.

We strongly recommend booking this trip as early as possible, ideally 50 days before departure. Reservations received within 30 days will be subject to accommodation availability and treated as a request.
