To guarantee the sailing of the Nile Dahabiya for 4 nights, at least 2 double cabins must be booked. For the 3 nights Dahabiya Cruise, a minimum of 3 cabins must be booked.

If you wish to embark on the 7 nights Dahabiya Cruise, please note that the departure is dependent on the booking of at least 1 double suite.

Booking Policy:

To secure your spaces on the tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services, we are offering a low down payment of just 25%. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at your destination to your tour manager.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Please note that there are also cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy:
